-All pets must be kept in an area/room during cleanings. All pet owners are responsible for free roaming pet(s)

-Non pet owners please provide your own vacuum where possible. My vacuums are used in homes with pets.

 

-Hourly cleanings are charged by the hour

 

-Tips are not necessary because I am owner operated

-Please place dental hygiene/food/other important/fragile items in a drawer/cupboard where they won't be damaged.

-Unless notified, I assume that surfaces (i.e. marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are sealed and ready to clean, or that furniture on wood floors is properly protected

-If special care while cleaning is required, it is the Clients responsibility to inform Eileens Housekeeping LLC

-I will inform both partners of any changes made to schedule so we are all on the same page

​-​24 Hour Cancellation Policy: 100% (exemptions: sick/weather) 

If you need to cancel please do so as soon as you can so you won't be charged the cancellation fee. My home service business relies on consistent bookings.

-When cleaning your fridge/freezer, please remove ALL food items to prevent cross contamination. Liability is waived if you want me to remove items.  

​

-I am NOT responsible for damage due to fault and/or improper installation of any item.

​

-I do not guarantee removal of rust, mildew and other stains caused by hard water buildup/lack of maintenance.

​

-I am NOT responsible for any harm caused to animals or people due to my cleaning supplies, I can use supplies provided if needed.

-Skipping a cleaning service results in a higher rate for the next service due to increased workload. The rate will drop back down if the regular interval is resumed. This applies to all cleaning service intervals.

-Additional tasks can be included in your routine cleaning for a fee. Please let me know so I can bring supplies to get the job done right.

-I will break my confidentiality agreement in certain, limited situations where I have to protect/defend my business reputation.
